MEASURING FOR INSIDE INSTALLATION
For blinds to be installed inside the window frame, minimum of 2 1/2" deep or if the window opens inwards, of mounting surface is required at each bracket position.

WIDTH - Measure the exact distance between the inside of the window frame on one side to the inside frame of the other side. Measure in two locations and give the factory the narrowest measurement to the nearest 1/8 inch. Factory will make necessary deductions if blind ordered as tight measure. We deduct 1/8 inch from the width. Remember the cloth will be 1 1/8" to 1 1/4" inch narrower than the overall size, depending on the roller size.

LENGTH - Measure height of window opening from top of frame to lower sill. Wrap is included in the suggested retail price.
 

WIDTH - Measure the width where the brackets are to be installed. Decide how much you wish to overlap the window frame at each side and at the top and bottom of the frame. We recommend you overlap 3" on each side to insure privacy. Blinds will be made exactly to the measurement supplied. Remember the 1 1/8" to 1 1/4" difference between cloth size and pin size and order pin size by drop.

LENGTH - Measure the distance from the desired bracket position to the point where bottom of blind will extend. Be sure to overlap at both top and bottom of window 3" to insure privacy.
 

NOTE: Due to the nature of roller shades, the material may tend to curl along its edge. However after hanging for a few days it will flatten out.

NOTE: All blinds are made to measure. If size ordered lies between measurements given on the price list the price charged will be that of the next larger size. The minimum width for any blind is 15" (380 mm) pin size.
