Exotic weaves using the finest materials made from bamboo, grasses, jute, paper, and flax in any decorative shade.

GENERAL INFORMATION
Due to the nature of the product, slats and cords are subject to colour variations. We cannot guarantee exact match from shade to shade. We will attempt to make exact matches as close as possible.

Both paint and stain on bamboo slats are subject to variation. Reed and wood slats will retain unique grain and colour irregularities inherent to natural bamboo.

FADING
After a long period of time, the exterior and interior discolouration will occur. The colours will become more yellow after exposed to the strong sunlight.

STRETCHING
All natural woven shades may stretch, however it is only noticeable on inside mount installations.

WARRANTY
For the life of the custom shade, Elite will repair (without charge), any part of any custom shade manufacturerd by Elite which is defective in materials or workmanship. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper installation, abuse or other instances outside our control. This warranty does not cover transport, removal or reinstallation charges, which may occur as a result of defects in materials or workmanship.
